On the 8th February, Julie Kenny, the High Sheriff of South Yorkshire visited students from the Hearing Communities Stories project to learn about their work. Andrew Coombe, the former High Sheriff, Andy Shallice of Sheffield City Council, and Graham Duncan of St Mary’s Community Centre also came to this event. The project is led by the High Sheriff, and involves a diverse range of community partners exploring issues of community cohesion and wellbeing.
