Fatigue is a common theme with mental and physical illness, and until you experience it, you can’t begin to imagine how debilitating it is.

Helen is a York based, amateur photographer and artist who uses creativity as a outlet for expression. She also uses art as a way of managing her mental and physical health conditions. She finds the limitations placed on her by her physical disability aid rather than hinder the creative process.
