The Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Sheffield are again supporting an evening of short films at the Showroom Cinema this year as part of its annual ‘In The City’ Festival.
This Is Our City: Sheffield on Film has been very successful and popular for the past two years, and has presented a diverse range of films telling remarkable stories of everyday life, and showing places and communities in ways which made us think again about our home city.
Local film-makers who would like to showcase their work are invited to contact Brendan Stone (details below).
The brief for inclusion is that the films are short (ideally 5-10 mins), and that they are about an aspect of Sheffield life. The date of the event will be on Monday 11th May in the evening.
