Lee Child, the highly successful and popular British author, will be carrying out a Twitter Q&A on Thursday 2 October at 4pm on the University of Sheffield Alumni Twitter account – @SheffieldAlumni
Lee Child (real name, Jim Grant) is an alumnus of the University of Sheffield (LLB Law 1977, Hon LittD 2009), and author of crime fiction novels. Each of his books follow the adventures of a former American military policeman Jack Reacher and his novel One Shot was adapted into the film Jack Reacher: an American thriller starring Tom Cruise.
He has done a lot for and with the University of Sheffield, including funding 52 ‘Jack Reacher’ scholarships for students in 2009.
Lee will take over the Sheffield Alumni Twitter account from 4pm-5pm on 2nd October, and the hashtag for the Q&A will be #AskLee.
